Returns and Exchange Policy

At Carat Jewellers, we strive to provide each and every Guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.


Carat Jewellers Online Shopping Return Policy

Every online order from Caratjewellers.ca purchase comes with our 15-day, money-back guarantee so that you can be sure your jewelry piece meets your expectations. (Clause is subjected to online shopping only)

If you would like to return an item purchased from caratjewellers.ca, you can contact us to request a Return Authorization number and free return shipping label; when emailing, be sure to include the following information:

  • The email address associated with your order
  • Your order number
  • Your return reason code (choose from below)
    • CR = Changed Mind
    • NA = Not as Pictured or Described
    • NA = Not as Pictured or Described
    • MS = Other (please describe)

We can only accept returns of products in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included) and purchased from our website. Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.

Defective items can be returned for replacement repair. Carat Jewellers will facilitate product replacement to reduce impact to the customer. In most cases, a replacement item will be shipped, with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions for return of the defective item. Unless instructed otherwise, defective products should not be returned to Carat Jewellers directly. This will only delay replacement.

After 15 days, please follow manufacturer’s warranty for product replacement/repair.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.

Please note that Carat Jewellers does not assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
